Error description

• You upgraded to DB2 Version 12 and the VIDDB2 job fails
  with ABENDU3130 running VIDSPLIT in the SPLIT jobstep.

  DDM Generation fails under DB2 V12.
  
  When executed under DB2 V12, program VIDSPLIT fails with
  abend U3130 because that version of DB2 is not in the CICS VT
  list of supported versions.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program VIDSPLIT needs to ascertain the DB2 version in order to
  split the SQLDSECT fields.  DB2 Version 8 and higher have the
  same SQLDSECT structure.  The VIDSPLIT code has been changed to
  process DB2 V12 or higher on the assumption that the SQLDSECT
  DSECT remains the same for future releases of DB2.
