Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  a) Open a basic RUI handler in design mode and select the "Show
  Browser Size controls" button in the editor.
  b) Use the two scrolls bars and the whole screen will become
  scrambled, unusable for the whole RBD product, not just the
  editor.
