Error description

• Customer has a user defined index on SYSIBM.SYSCOPY that has the
  COPY YES (and DEFER YES) attribute.
  During migration, in the attempt to drop the index as suggested
  by the manual, the DROP fails with:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -904, ERROR:  UNSUCCESSFUL EXECUTION CAUSED
           BY AN UNAVAILABLE RESOURCE.
           REASON 00E40167, TYPE OF RESOURCE
           00000D01, AND RESOURCE NAME 6.401
  and a dump is taken:

  SYSIBM.SYSCOPY records associated with the index.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 has been modified to handle dropping a user-defined COPY
  YES DEFER YES index on SYSIBM.SYSCOPY.
