  The COBOL Real Time Syntax Check (RTSC) should gives an error
  for this SQL statement:
  
             EXEC SQL
               SELECT TEST1, TEST2
               INTO :TEST1, :TEST2
               FROM CANDYL.GraphTab
             END-EXEC.
  
              EXEC SQL
                UPDATE GRAPHTAB
                  SET
                      TEST2        = N'I'
                      WHERE TEST1 = 'Y'
             END-EXEC.
  
  The warning flag presented by the RTSC for TEST2 =N'I' states:
  
  "_expr" is invalid

• National strings were not being recognized as valid by the
  parser within a SQL statement.

• Added national strings to the list of strings that are
  acceptable in SQL.
