Error description

• After upgrading to CQ V.9.0.0.3 users cannot create/edit/save
  queries.
  Execute existing queries within the query folders is possible.
  Giving the user the SQL Editor right within user administration
  helps
  as workarounds.
  
  Error: CRVAP0065E Not all properties were successfully updated)
  
  Detail:
  - execute existing queries -> OK
  - open query in editor and run -> ERROR
  - open query in editor, change and save -> ERROR
  - create query, define, execute, save -> OK
  - create query, define, save, run (in query editor) -> ERROR
  - create query, define, save, close query editor, execute query
  in
  folder with double click -> OK
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  Create a sample non-admin user
  Follow the steps mentioned above to see the error
  If the user is given with "SQL Editor" privilege, no error is
  observed in doing any step mentioned above

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.14 and 9.0.0.4.
  Saving or running queries from the query editor in ClearQuest
  Web works appropriately for non SQL Editor users, provided the
  change does not explicitly set new SQL.
