• The following error message is displayed when validating a
  report which contains a 'report reference':
  
  "RSV-VAL-0010 Failed to load the report specification.
  CCL_ASSERT(bookletItemRE);
  
  Despite the error present when validating, the report will
  execute without error and the report reference will work.
