• Closed as documentation error.

Error description

• The button/phrase "Create Network Relay" in the System Settings
  tab no longer works as the phrase "Network Relay" implies. It is
  more like a JMS connection between high availability Urbancode
  Deploy servers, and does not involve agent relays. This APAR is
  for any code changes that might need to be made to bring the
  product in to line with the current functionality of the
  feature.
