PI73801: RQP-DEF-0177 WHEN USING UNIONS AFTER UPGRADE TO 10.2.2 FP6

Error description

• After upgrade from 10.2.2 FP5 to 10.2.2 FP6 some reports are
  executed with local processing, which results in the following
  error when database functions are in use.
  Error returned is: RQP-DEF-0177 An error occurred while
  performing operation 'sqlPrepareWithOptions' status='-126'.
  UDA-SQL-0219 The function "rtrim" is being used for local
  processing but is not available as a built-in function, or at
  least one of its parameters is not supported.
  
  This affects Compatible Query Mode. This behavior has been
  examined in particular for complex reports containing joins,
  unions and that use WITH clause.
