  New QMF state global variable DSQAO_ROW_LENGTH is added to the
  product. This global variable contains the length of each data
  row returned from the last run query if the report is still in
  storage. When there is no active report in storage, the value
  will be zero. The command interface variable name for
  DSQAO_ROW_LENGTH is DSQAROWW.  The length of this global is 5.
