  The abend occurs because PSFIRNLK = 'FFFFFFFF'x

Problem summary

  *                      Space with ROWSET abend in DSNITCUS     *
  *                      with RC00C90101 and ERQUAL5049.         *

  After lock escalation, since all the low level locks held on
  the table are freed, its lock count is reset to zero. A
  mis-calculation during the Referential Integrity (RI) check
  caused the lock count to go negative, and then DB2 abend
  at DSNITCUS:5049.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixes made in DB2 to correctly count the low level locks on the
  child table during the Referential Integrity check so the lock
  count on parent table won't go negative.
