PI73484: INCREMENTAL VERSIONS BEING DEPLOYED IN REVERSE FOR SNAPSHOTS OF ENVIRONMENTS CREATED IN SNAPSHOTCLIRESOURCE

Error description

• Component Versions in a resources inventory are added to an
  environment snapshot in descending order when the snapshot is
  created from the createSnapshotOfEnvironment process step and
  from the udclient command with the same name. Snapshots created
  via the UI (the camera button next to the environment) are in
  ascending order.
  
  This causes deployment processes ran on the snapshots with
  incorrect ordering to deploy starting with the newest version,
  instead of the oldest.
  
  The cause is that SnapshotResource reverses the order of
  retrieved entries from the resource inventory when adding to the
  environment snapshot, while SnapshotCLIResource does not.
