Error description

• When accessing files and directories via non-clearcase access to
  the exported IBM Rational ClearCase VOB and view there are
  intermittent EACCES errors returned. This occurs when VOB
  root directory does not have S_IXOTH set in it's permissions.

Problem conclusion

• Capability checks appropriate for the NFS daemon accessing MVFS
  have been added to the MVFS permission checks for this case.
  This problem is fixed in ClearCase 8.0.1.14 and 9.0.0.4.
