Error description

During a crash, IHS may hang due to a defect in diagnostic
modules mod_backtrace and mod_whatkilledus

Local fix

Problem summary

* RECOMMENDATION:  Apply this fix if using the mod_backtrace   *
*                  or mod_whatkilledus modules                 *
****************************************************************
The functions used to print a timestamp with logged crash
details cause a hang if invoked from a signal handler.

Problem conclusion

The logged crash details were altered to prevent the hang
situation.

This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix pack:
- 8.0.0.14
- 8.5.5.12
- 9.0.0.3
