Error description

• You may observe an issue when attempting to view the
  relationship details for a component in the Properties view.
  
  Consider a project that has a 'component1' and 'component2', and
  the components have a relationship to each other.  If you select
  'component1', then go to the "Relationships" section in the
  Properties view, it may appear empty, implying that there are no
  relationships to view.
  

Local fix

• You may be able to workaround the issue by first selecting and
  viewing the properties of the related component, then return
  back to view the properties of the component of initial
  interest; this should cause the relationship(s) to be populated
  in the Properties view.

  unloaded elements are found. Also, these elements are loaded at
  runtime.
