Error description

• ABEND04E RC00C90101 at DSNGEPDL ERQUAL50FF occurred during
  REBIND or automatic REBIND of a Native SQL PL package on the
  fallback release.  The abend is the result of an inconsistency
  between the SYSPACKAGE catalog table and the directory.
  

Local fix

• Drop and recreate the Native SQL PL stored procedure

  *                 of DB2 for z/OS, which causes the implicit   *
  *                 regeneration of the native stored procedure. *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABEND04E RC00C90101 at DSNGEPDL         *
  *                      ERQUAL50FF occurred during REBIND or    *
  *                      automatic REBIND of a native SQL PL     *
  *                      package on the fallback release. This   *
  *                      native stored procedure was created on  *
  *                      a higher release of DB2 and was called  *
  *                      on the fallback release, which caused   *
  *                      the implicit regeneration of the native *
  *                      stored procedure. The implicit          *
  *                      regeneration of the procedure failed    *
  *                      due to some error and the application   *
  *                      returned SQLCODE904. The subsequent     *
  *                      REBIND or automatic REBIND of this      *
  *                      package ABENDed.                        *

  *                      system with V10 and V11 coexistence or  *
  *                      V11 and V12 coexistence.                *

  ABEND04E RC00C90101 at DSNGEPDL ERQUAL50FF occurred during
  REBIND or automatic REBIND of a native SQL PL package on the
  fallback release. This native stored procedure was created on
  a higher release of DB2 and was called on the fallback release,
  which caused the implicit regeneration of the native stored
  procedure. The implicit regeneration of the procedure failed due
  to some error and the application returned SQLCODE904. The
  subsequent REBIND or automatic REBIND of this package ABENDed.
  
  This could happen on a data sharing system with V10 and V11
  coexistence or V11 and V12 coexistence.
  
  The root cause of the problem is the error handling during
  implicit regeneration of a native stored procedure is incorrect.
  It deleted the directory record of the package.
