Error description

• Easily replicate-able. It seems like the URL is being built
  incorrectly:
  
  "NoSuchDestinationException: Unable to find class
  com.urbancode.ubuild.web.codestation2.buildlife.CodestationBuild
  LifeTasks.&filePath=dir"
  
  The generated download link for a test artifact:
  http://localhost:8080/tasks/codestation2/buildlife/CodestationBu
  ildLifeTasks/&filePath=dir/file.txt
  
  Which is definitely incorrect. It seems like the method name is
  missing, and also there is the "&" character in there.
  
  
  A cumulative patch has been created to address this.
