APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When trying to define constants with default value such as
  "const int MAX_SIZE = 5;"
  you cannot get the code generation to place the assignment of
  value "5" in the header.
  

Local fix

• There is no local fix but if static is selected for the
  attribute, the attribute with default initialization is
  generated in cpp file.

Problem conclusion

• "Code for default value is not generated.
  After the fix, default value is assigned to the constants in
  header file. For this,the C++ InitializerKind should be set to
  Assignment in the stereotype properties of the attribute"
