Error description

• A report uses a page set to define multiple page names.
  RSVP.EXCELPAGEGROUP_WSNAME_ITEMVALUE advanced property is set.
  If two pages have the same name and that name contains specific
  combinations of special characters, a corrupt Excel file is
  produced when the report is run in Excel format. Excel throws an
  error when attempting to open the file.
  

Local fix

• Remove special characters <>&" from the page name until the
  error stops appearing.
