Error description

• Prerequisites:
  
  1. Synergy 7.2.1
  
  2. A release exists (for example foo/1.0) where its attribute
  included_releases is populated with at least one value (for
  example bar/1.0)
  
  3. The release bar/1.0 must not exist in the database.
  
  Example scenario: The value bar/1.0 was added as an 'Included
  Release' using the classic client in a previous version of
  Synergy.
  For the purposes of recreating this, simply add the value to the
  attribute using the CLI.
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Start the Synergy GUI.
  
  2. Query for the release foo/1.0.
  
  3. Select 'Copy Release' in order to make a new copy of the
  release foo/1.0 - for example specifying the new release to be
  foo/1.1.
  
  
  Expected Results:
  
  1. The release foo/1.1 is created.
  
  
  Actual Results:
  
  1. The copy action fails with the message:
  
  The operation failed. See the error description for more
  detailed information.
  
  
  2. The ccm_client.log reports:
  
  CRCCM0003: The operation failed. See the error description for
  more detailed information.
  The following included release do not exist:
  bar/1.0
  
  
  
  Notes:
  
  1. The same problem occurs when creating a new release (foo/1.1)
  and specifying the baseline release to be foo/1.0.
  
  
  2. The same problem occurs using the CLI Command:
  
  ccm release -c -from "foo/1.0" "foo/1.1"
