APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Crystal Report D4_Distribution Performance Report does not pull
data.
IBM has indicated that it looks like we are generating the
report
correctly, and maybe there is a view update or change that needs
to be
corrected. IBM further indicated that having the Report
generated even
though it is blank and not what we expect means it s not looking
in the
right spot to get the data, but the report itself is not broken.

Local fix

  • The customer can modify the embedded query in the report to
point to Distribution instead of Presentment

instead of "Presentment".

Change default values paramInstance=8 and paramTimeRange=null
