APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• While describing a hyperlink in IBM Rational ClearCase the
  outputs receives is inconsistent depending on whether the "-fmt"
  flag is used or not.
  There are also differences when comparing the describe output
  with the output from "multitool lsmaster" also.
  
  These discrepancies occur for older hyperlinks that have had
  creation events scrubbed.
  
  WORKAROUND:
  None.
