PI70605: AUTO-LAYOUT FLAG IS NOT PRESERVED WHEN IMPORTING PROCESS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When importing a process on UCD 6.2.2.0,  the auto layout flag
  is not being imported. It will always default to "false", so no
  imported processes will use the auto layout feature until it is
  manually re-enabled.
  

Local fix

• A workaround is to manually re-enable auto-layout after
  importing the process.
