Problem conclusion
IBM HTTP Server's mod_cache message's log level was lowered from ERROR to INFO to match the severity of the message issued regardless of whether caching is used. This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs: - 7.0.0.43 - 8.0.0.13 - 8.5.5.12
