• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the UCD BP Designer UI, if you click into the environment
  where the autoscale instances are provisioned, it may not show
  the instance details, and the nested 'autoscale-group' resource
  may not allow expansion to see the sub-resources.
  On the contrary, you can see the autoscale instance details in
  the OpenStack Horizon.
  It has been identified as a product defect.

• There is no known workaround at this time.
