incorrect code for a ZHOOK function resulting in a S0C4.

* USERS AFFECTED: Metal C users for z/OS V2.1 and later.       *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Using __ptr32 attribute in              *
*                      AMODE64 programs is supposed to create  *
*                      an 8byte variable but only the lower    *
*                      4bytes are used. When extracting        *
*                      this pointer the displacement of 4      *
*                      bytes to access the lower 4 bytes is    *
*                      missing.                                *
