Error description

• n general the 'Accept-Encoding: gzip,deflate' is set in the
  browser hence is included in the HTTP header. This can be
  verified in Firefox => About:config =>
  network.http.accept-encoding with value gzip,deflate
  Issue come up when customer do have intelligent network
  components that itself do a kind of compression. This probably
  remove the 'Accept-Encoding: gzip,deflate'. I this case Cognos
  behave incorrect for large files
