APAR status

Error description

• When compare with predecessor is performed, if the files being
  compared is being used in any of the projects modifiable by the
  user and if the work area of this project is visible on the
  current machine A, then it uses the work area file.
  
  In case the project has been synced later on, on another machine
  B and some files replaced by new versions, then on machine A,
  the new versions appear in the Synergy interface.
  However, the workarea on machine A is then out of sync. still
  containing the old versions
  
  -If you do then on machine A a view of a file which was replaced
  in the project on machine B, then the View will use the file in
  the workarea and shows you the content of the old version.
  -In the same way, if you do a Compare on that file, it will use
  the file from the workarea, and so will show the content of the
  old version, instead of the new one as displayed in the project.
  
  However, Synergy does not display any Warning, indicating the
  file was picked up from a project with an out of sync workarea,
  Synergy should check if the file picked up from a visible WA,
  was taken from a project out of sync or not.
  And if the project is out of sync, ask the user to re-sync the
  specific project locally or delete its local WA.
