Restoring a version using an empty zip file fails.
Local fix
Create a file in each version that you plan to archive. If you have archived already and want to restore a version without a file, create a folder ComponentName_VersionName in the archived .zip file which contains a dummy file. Afterwards, restore the version .zip file again.
