PI68480: KEY VALUE IN EIS IS CORRUPTED WHILE PROCESSING THE GLUE AND CAUSE ABEND378.

Error description

• Abend378 occur during an attempted storage release. The problem
  only happens with EDF active. From the reported record, the
  systrace shows a program originally obtained storage in KEY9
  but attempt to do STORAGE RELEASE in KEY8. Because DFHERM is
  driven to handle the TRUE and perform a key switch based on
  EIS_CURRENT_EXECKEY. The current execution key is saved in the
  EIS, and then EDF is invoked to show the TRUE in the EDF
  debugger. DFHEDFX attaches the new CEDF task, which drives the
  XXMATT GLUE. This is not an exec capable glue, so the EIS is
  not stacked, and the saved key value in the EIS is corrupted
  while processing the GLUE.
