Error description

• After changes made in PI61402 to improve the compiler's
  optimization performance, some compilations may now end:
  
      IGYCB7104-U Internal error while compiling function {name}.
          Failed assertion on ./Inliner.cpp:6577. Compilation
          terminated.
  
  with the SYSOUT showing:
  
      Assertion failed at ./Inliner.cpp:6577: storeRHS != NULL
       Already found store should match

• Compile at OPT(0).

  During inlining, a data item load that had already been inlined
  once would fail to find the previous inline due to inconsistent
  addressing of the data item.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated to be able to find the previous
  inlined load of the data item regardless of how it is addressed.
