Error description

  • Problem Description

When a move is requested from the UI, the database connection is
opened without holdability, which causes a downstream error
when an attempt is made to update the Presentment status.

  • Root Cause Analysis:
When the move operation was added to the UI, the database
connection wasn't opened with cursor holdability which causes
issues when the operation tries to update the presentment state.

Resolution Description:
Cursor holdability was added to the connectionso the state can
be updated.

Impact Analysis:
This change resolves an error customers would get when trying to
move a batch to a different business day.
