  end, only cancel of channel initiator adress space was
  possible.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using channels with the SHARECNV   *
  *                      channel attribute greater than zero,    *
  *                      a failure on a channel may prevent the  *
  *                      channel initiator from shutting         *
  *                      down cleanly.                           *

  When an internal error on a channel occurs (such a network
  failure), one of the pair of threads used for a channel using
  SHARECNV may terminate without correctly coordinating the
  shutdown with its partner thread. This can leave a hung thread
  which then prevents the channel initiator from shutting down
  cleanly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Processing has been amended to ensure that terminating SHARECNV
  threads coordinate with their partner thread.
