Error description

• If you want to keep the execute bit set when uploading artifacts
  to UCD then only some source config plugins support this.
  
  The list of plugins that do not are:
  anthill
  file system
  tfs
  ubuild
  

Local fix

• Use a source config that supports the option or use udclient to
  push artifacts and specify that the execute bits should be
  preserved.
