PI67124: QUEUE MANAGER ABNORMAL TERMINATION WITH REASON 00E50717 AFTER ABEND IN CSQMCIG1.

Error description

• Critical error recover exit does not return control to RTM after
  an abend has been generated in CSQMCIG1.  This results in the
  queue manager abnormal termination with reason 00E50717.

  CSQMCIG1 is part of the process of group units of recovery
  (GROUPUR). When CSQMCIG1 abends the PRR error recovery exit is
  invoked to cleanup before the termination of the thread.
  
  The error recovery exit (PRR) does not return back to the
  recovery termination manager (RTM) resulting in queue manager
  termination reason 0E50717 (message CSQV086E).
  

Problem conclusion

• The error recovery exit in CSQMCIG1 has been changed to return
  back to RTM.
