APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • e.g. Run a test that hits a service that returns a Set-Cookie
header in the response, the first request will have no Cookie
header but all subsequent runs will have the cookie set.

Although we've had this behaviour since (at least) 8.6.0 it's
not documented and it's not obvious that it's going to happen.
As such it seems sensible to always ignore cookies but allow for
a system property to allow the behaviour to be restored.
