APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When the ADU recreated the JMS connection factories it did so
with
using CCDT.  When starting the server, we receive the following
error:

Problem summary

Problem conclusion


    

  • The izhCreateMQConnectionFactory creates the MQ connection
factory form a template.
This was done by querying WAS for the list of MQ Connection
Factory Templates and selecting the first one from the list.
This is causing problems because we do not know what template
will be the firest one in the list.

Building the connection factory form a template is so that the
JMS connection/session pool setting are the WAS default.
Product specific settings override those in the template to make
it specific to the product.

The change is to specifically select the "Example non-XA WMQ
ConnectionFactory" template so a known template.
This template is shipped with WAS and will now be used as the
template for MQ Connection Factory creation
