Error description

• Summary:
  To limit the history in the listbox of the Show History dialog
  (CTRL - H), the following variable in the ccm.properties has
  been create:
  ccm.history.limit.storage
  But modifying this variable has no effect.
  
  Details to reproduce:
  -Set the ccm.history.limit.storage to 0 or 1 in the user's
  %CCM_HOME%\etc\ccm.properties
  -Start a Session
  -Select an object and do "CTRL H"
  => That will open the Show History dialog.
  -Enter an object's name and press enter
  It will open the History of the object
  
  Repeat the operation several times with different objects.
  
  Observed results:
  => The history in listbox in the Show History dialog is filling
  up.
  So the limit set with the ccm.history.limit.storage is not used.
  
  Expected results:
  -If ccm.history.limit.storage is set to 0, we would expect the
  listbox in the Show History dialog to always stay empty
  -If ccm.history.limit.storage is set to 1, we would expect the
  listbox in the Show History dialog to keep only 1 object,
  whatever the number of time this Show History dialog is used
