Error description

• If you try to import an application with snapshot against a UCD
  server that is on Linux from a Windows system then it will fail
  to correctly upload. You will also encounter this failure when
  the UCD server
  is on Windows and the client system is on Linux.
  

Local fix

• load the file from a system with the same OS.
