Error description

• Sync Work Area using Contents does not display correct message
  when project does not translate ASCII.
  
  Prerequisites:
  
  1. Synergy 7.2.1.5 running on a UNIX Server
  2. Synergy Client running on Windows
  3. On the client, "Show Sync Work Area using Contents" is
  enabled.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1. Windows Client User locates a project in Prep State and
  copies it to working state and local work area. Translate ASCII
  files should not be turned on during the the copying of the
  project.
  
  2. The user locates an object in the work area with the
  following characteristics
  - It is of type or super type ASCII.
  - It is in a static state.
  
  3. The user modifies the file such that:
  - no changes are made to the content of the file.
  - the time stamp is updated.
  For example: remove the 'Read only' attribute from the file,
  open it, and save the file.
  
  
  4. Returning to the client, locate the object mentioned in steps
  2 and 3, and select:
  Sync Work Area using Contents
  
  
  Expected Results:
  
  In the conflicts window, for this object, the following message
  should appear:
  
  Work area change to checked-in file, but file contents same
  
  
  Actual Results:
  
  In the conflicts window, for this object, the following message
  should appear:
  
  Work area change to checked-in file
