• Incorrect time delay was added for synchronization of IFCID 376
  trace call causing performance impact.

  *                      which invoke the IFCID 376 trace.       *

  When the IFICD 376 trace processing needs to be serialized
  across multiple threads, a suspend delay was added via APAR
  PI61920.  Further analysis concluded that the delay could
  potentially increase elapsed time of some transactions when a
  high concurrency of IFCID 376 tracing occurs.
  
  In order to avoid potential performance complications, the
  decision was made to flag apar PI61920 as being in error and
  rewrite the IFCID 376 serialization.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IFCID 376 serialization logic was rewritten.
