Error description

• When a Rational Synergy database is backed up and restored to a
  new path on the same network, projects in the restored database
  will have the same work area path as they have in the original
  database.  Attempts to disable work area maintenance in the
  restored database will result in the original work area being
  removed from the filesystem.
  
  This operation should warn the user that the current work area
  path is associated with a different database path and not remove
  it.  It should also advise the user that the work area can be
  removed manually if desired.
  

Local fix

• To workaround this issue:
  1. Start a CLI session on the restored database.
  2. Query for the project(s) in question.
  3. Delete the work area path attribute on the project(s).  Doing
  this will prevent any further operations from acting on the
  original WA path.
  
          ccm attr -delete wa_path project_spec...
  
  4. Turn work area maintenance OFF for the same project(s) by
  modifying the maintain_wa attribute
  
          ccm attr -m maintain_wa -v FALSE  project_spec...
