PI66151: RSVP.EXCEL_FILENAME_TIME_SUFFIX NOT WORKING IN IE11 ON 10.2.1 FP9

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• When opening reports in Excel on IE11 from report studio only
  one report can be opened at a time. The error message indicates
  that excel can't open two workbooks at the same name at the same
  time. The filename on the workbook is 'content'
  
  Added this parameter on system level
  RSVP.EXCEL_FILENAME_TIME_SUFFIX to TRUE.
  
  Excel issue is only happening on IE, firefox works fine
  

Local fix

• Use firefox instead of IE``
