Error description

  • In RBD 9.5.0.1, User deploys a Mobile project, with a REST
service call, to Cordova
and installs the generated apk file on an Android device.
If special characters are used, there is  an application  error.
What is done:
1. Enter "abc" in a text field.
The service call is successful.
2. Enter "abc ñ" in the text field.
The service call fails with error messages:
EGL1546E The request could not be converted to a service call.
...
EGL0001I The error occurred in EGL REST Service servlet.
500 FAILED com.ibm.javart.json.ParseException:Encountered "" at
line 1,
column 105. Was expecting one of: "," ... "]" ...
