After DB2 RUNSTATS is executed on MQ table CSQ.ADMIN_B_SSKT the
access to the table is changed from ACCESSTYPE=I (by index) to
ACCESSTYPE=R (table scan). This affects the SQL statement used
to select the shared channels that match the wildcard pattern of
the DIS CHSTATUS(<wildcard_pattern>) resulting in shared
channels skipped in the output. The SQL in CSQ5ASSK assumes that
the table is always accessed by index.

Problem conclusion

  • The SQL statement in CSQ5ASSK has been changed to select the
items from the table in the expected sequence independently of
the access type assigned by DB2 RUNSTATS.
