Error description

• Injection fails for filters, servlets an listeners which are
  added programmatically, for example using a
  ServletContextListener.

  The WebContainer fails to look up injection targets for
  programmatically added servlets, filters and listeners and as a
  result injection is not performed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WebContainer code was modified to perform the required
  injection target look up for programmatically added servlets,
  filters and listeners.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
