IBM UrbanCode Build Fix Pack 2 (6.1.2.3) for 6.1.2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a process has inactive build lives, attempting to delete the
  process will result in an error and the sql transactions will be
  rolled back.
  

Local fix

• Manually delete inactive build lives before deleting the
  process. The fix is included in fixpack 6.1.2.3 and also in
  cumulative patches since 07/12/2016.
