code=0x83001003.

* USERS AFFECTED: Users of the IBM Automatic Binary Optimizer  *
*                 (ABO) for z/OS, v1.1 with input modules      *
*                 that have a large number of CSECTs.          *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: For some input programs that contain a  *
*                      large number of CSECTs , ABO may        *
*                      terminate with a return code of 16 and  *
*                      the message, BOZ1430: Unrecoverable     *
*                      "BAD CONTEXT" error encountered during  *
*                      binder  API "getE().                    *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

ABO was improved to handle inputs that contain a very large
number of CSECTs.
