Error description

• The "Process Request Started" notification template shows an
  unresolved property, "$change.getVersion().getName()", in the
  email notification when an application process includes an
  operational process step.  This unresolved property shows under
  the "Version" column of the "Pending Changes" table in the email
  notification.
