PI65439: NullPointerException reported after an attempt to change tracefilesize while Gateway daemon trace is active.

Error description

• CICS TG returns "IEE342I MODIFY REJECTED-TASK BUSY modify
  rejected task busy" if the following sequence of commands are
  issued:
  1) F CTGADD,APPL=TRACE
  2) F CTGADD,APPL=TRACE,TFILESIZE=5000 (no answer>
  3) F CTGADD,APPL=TRACE
  
  msgIEE342I is returned for all subsequent SDSF MODIFY commands
  and the Gateway daemon has to be cancelled to clear the problem.
  
  The FULLDATADUMP, DUMPOFFSET, TFILESIZE, or TRUNCATIONSIZE
  parameters can not be changed while Gateway daemon trace is
  active.

• Change the trace parameters before starting Gateway daemon
  trace.

  The following is reported in the CICS TG stderr:

   at com.ibm.ctg.client.management.CTGCtrlUtil.PrintMsg
       (CTGCtrlUtil.java:230)
   at com.ibm.ctg.server.ZOSConsole.run(ZOSConsole.java:208)
   at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:809)
  
  After this, no SDSF modify commands are processed by the Gateway
  daemon.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS TG has been changed so that when an attempt is made to
  change CICS TG trace parameters FULLDATADUMP, DUMPOFFSET,
  TFILESIZE, or TRUNCATIONSIZE while the Gateway daemon trace is
  running, the NullPointer exception in ZOSConsole does not occur
  and further SDSF modify commands issued to the Gateway daemon
  are processed normally.
  The following message is issued:
  "CTG8239I Response received from CICS Transaction Gateway set
  attributes trace parameter is invalid as trace is running"
