Error description

• I would expect messages to retain their realizations after RE
  updates. But this information is lost, which effectively
  "breaks" their diagrams every time they update the model using
  RE.
  
  - User has reverse engineered their external code in a previous
  step.
  - In diagram sequence diagram, they realize a message.
  - External code is updated. User then reverse engineers the code
  again. The message is no longer realized.
